Terms Of Service

When making an order, you the client, agree to the following terms:

• As the artist, I have the right to refuse any commission(s)

• You, the client, cannot claim my work as yours.

• My work can be posted anywhere with credit to me.

• You may do anything to the commission once you receive it, as long as you are not profiting from it.

• Payments are made via PayPal (USD) or in person.

• I will start a commission once I receive AT LEAST half the payment.

• You will receive the final product once I have received the final payment.

• Refunds are only given if any apply:

• The final result is unsatisfactory.

• The commission was damaged in shipping (with proof).

• You will receive a full refund or replacement of the commission, free of charge.

• I was not able to finish the commission on time or at all.

• I will not use any of your original characters, displayed in the art piece or otherwise, for personal use.

• If I cannot finish the art piece, I will destroy/delete it along, with the reference photo(s).

• I will give what I have back to you, the client, upon your request.

• Progress updates will be given upon request and I will verify you are satisfied with the product before I move on.

• I will ask to publish the commission(s) on my social media.
